One of the Vets Park softball denizens who always tried to intimidate those of us who played for Willow Park, unsuccessfully I might add, whenever we ventured over to their home field at the far end of Elmwood Avenue---PK was a heckuva lefthanded slugger and all-around ballplayer first as a rival and later as a teammate, but more importantly, PK was someone I considered to be a good friend, hopefully, the feeling was mutual despite the great distances that separated us over the years and the subsequent passage of time---Aloha 'Oe, PK, farewell until me meet again!!!
