Joseph M. Shaw

July 29, 1947 - November 29, 2023

With heavy hearts the Shaw family announces the passing of their beloved husband, father and grandfather, Joseph Michael Shaw who passed away on November 29, 2023. Son of the late Francis and Kathleen Shaw, Joe was the cherished husband of Dianne Colletti Shaw; beloved father of Lisa (Mark) Miles, Thomas (Stephanie) Shaw and Tai Shaw; grandfather of Alexandra Miles, Alec, Ryan, Andrew and Sydney Shaw; godfather to Dr. Asher Chanan-Khan and son, Matthew; dear brother of Michael (Kim) Shaw; and uncle to several loved nieces and nephews. A Lockport native, he was employed for over 40 years by NYSEG as a chief lineman. After retirement, Joe and his wife Dianne enjoyed traveling extensively.

The family will receive visitors at Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara Street on Tuesday, December 5th from 2-5 PM. A Celebration of Life service will take place immediately following visitation at 5:00 PM.
